Vaneshia Jenkins, LPC
Vaneshia works with clients that are dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and/or marital problems that want to get back to a more satisfying life. She takes a compassionate, encouraging, and supportive approach to the challenges of parenting, divorce, relationships, as well as, grief and loss. Vaneshia also enjoys helping teens and young adults build confidence and self-worth while guiding them through life's transitions. She primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Family Systems approaches based on the client's specific needs.
Vaneshia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and informed in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Heather Hardeman, LPC-S, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, TBRI Practitioner
Heather works with individuals, families, and children to increase their ability to be more successful in their lives. She specializes in helping families when things become overwhelming, parents are at a loss and need to be given hope and creative solutions. She creates tailored approaches based on each family so they are able to receive care in the most productive, meaningful possible. Heather works to help families get back on track to where they want to be by using specialized approaches.
Heather is a Registered Play Therapist, certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is a Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner. Heather is a past president of the Alabama Association for Play Therapy (AAPT).
Elizabeth Coleman, ALC
Elizabeth works with children, adolescents and families. She has experience with helping children and adolescents process anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma and guidance through life transitions. She primarily integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Family Systems approaches based on the client's specific needs.
Elizabeth graduated from Queens University of Charlotte with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International studies and from Liberty University with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Elizabeth is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Heather Hardeman, LPC-S, RPT-S.
Haley Oberholzer, ALC
Haley works with children, families, and couples. She has experience working with individuals and families on processing trauma, anxiety, depression, and navigating life transitions. She enjoys utilizing play therapy to assist children in the therapeutic process. She primarily integrates Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Family Systems approaches in working with her clients.
Haley graduated from The University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and from University of Alabama at Birmingham with a master’s degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling.
Haley is an Associate Licensed Counselor under the supervision of Heather Hardeman, LPC-S, RPT-S.
